I have worked with individuals, couples and families for over 25 years, helping them manage their emotional health and wellbeing. I have helped children, young people and their parents and couples work through a range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood/depression, managing challenging behaviour, Autism, anger management, frequent family clashes, the effects of couple tension, bereavement, and conflict in relationships.
