I work with couples and individuals in person, and via Zoom/Skype. I have specialist training in couples therapy. All couples come together with high hopes. And a satisfying relationship is key to happiness. Yet all relationships do face challenges. For example, has communication broken down or stopped? Do conversations turn into arguments? Are you feeling unheard, unwanted and alone? Or are you feeling boxed-in and overwhelmed? Are there trust issues? Has someone had an affair? Is there conflict around your sex-life, fertility issues, parenting etc? Whatever your situation, your relationship is important to you, and deserves help.
When relationships experience difficulty, couples can feel unsure what to do. You can feel alone, sad, angry, and overwhelmed. I work to help couples to understand, and to move through the painful issues and road-blocks - toward happier, supportive and fulfilling relating. The relationship and the individuals can move forward strengthened by the experience.
