You may be living with anxiety or trauma alongside neurodiversity (ADHD, autism) or the emotional shifts linked to PMDD or perimenopause. Perhaps you have learned to mask, adapt or push through, appearing capable while feeling overwhelmed within. Recurring relationship patterns, burnout or self-criticism can follow. Therapy offers a steady space to understand your nervous system, your history and the patterns shaping your present

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or a sense of feeling emotionally stuck. Some people come to therapy during periods of transition such as parenthood, relocation, grief, or changes in identity and relationships. Others may struggle with recurring patterns, loneliness, or emotional overwhelm that feel difficult to understand. Psychodynamic psychotherapy offers a reflective and confidential space to to slow down and think together about what may lie beneath these experiences, helping develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and lasting change.

Many of the people I work with seek therapy because they’re feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift, even while appearing to cope well on the surface. They’re often thoughtful, capable adults navigating burnout, perfectionism, low self-confidence, or relationship difficulties. Some come to therapy after a recent diagnosis such as ADHD, while others are simply recognising long-standing struggles with anxiety or emotional regulation. These are just a few of the issues I work with, though many clients experience a mix of challenges. We will focus on what feels meaningful for you to address.

Is brain fog, overwhelm or burnout making it hard for you to function at work or in life? Are you having mood swings, anxiety, memory lapses, trouble focusing or feel you're being rejected? The change can be so rapid and severe that many of my clients say they are terrified that they're going mad or getting dementia. Most of my clients are high‑achieving women in midlife and the impact can be huge for them personally and professionally. It impacts relationships, families, and even makes them pull back from successful careers. Sometimes pregnancy and perimenopause result in ADHD & Autistic traits emerging. It's overwhelming.

Therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationships. It can reveal aspects of yourself that you have taken for granted, such as overworking, over-rationalizing, people-pleasing, or dismissing your own needs and emotions. These patterns emerge because they once served us at different points in life, but what may have been helpful in the past doesn’t always serve us in adulthood. Many clients are motivated to explore these unexamined aspects of themselves—what I often refer to as their 'autopilot'—and to gain greater awareness of how these tendencies shape their relationships and sense of self.

Hello, I work with individuals and couples towards a more relational, intimate and fulfilling life. I believe that much of our suffering stems from how we relate to ourselves and to others. I work with relationship blocks, difficulties, and patterns. I help my clients navigate and process life transitions such as breakups, divorce, and challenging relationships; not only with romantic partners but also with family and work relationships. I take relationship struggles seriously, as they can lead to anxiety, depression and overall difficulties with emotional regulation.

I work with individuals who want more from life than simply coping. Drawing on experience in both private practice and the NHS, I specialise in complex relationships, feelings of shame and guilt, anxiety, and entrenched people‑pleasing patterns that no longer fit the life you’re trying to build. My practice is firmly inclusive of Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) and LGBTQ+ identities, and I take a sex‑positive, non‑judgmental approach so you can talk openly about the parts of your life that rarely feel safe to name.

Most of us go to school and get taught how to read and write and add up. We may learn how to play a few sports, pass exams and either get a job or get into university. But no one teaches us how to be in relationship. We have to learn that ourselves, and we do it, as children, by watching our parents or TV shows. Very often, our parents aren't that good at it, and characters in TV shows are there to make an interesting story, not a successful relationship. Is it any wonder that when we do find ourselves in relationship (which in reality is the most complicated thing any of us will ever attempt), things get difficult?

My path to psychotherapy began in my own suffering — years confronting addiction and eating disorders before I ever sat in the therapist's chair. That experience, alongside 25 years of clinical practice at Harley Street, shapes how I work. I am a Jungian analyst with over 20 years of EMDR experience, and hold a Doctorate of Professional Practice — the only clinician in Europe with doctoral research on male eating disorders. Hazelden Foundation trained. Former clinical supervisor at Promis Recovery Centre for five years.

Relationships are central to our lives. How we relate to ourselves, connect with others, and engage with the world around us shapes our well-being and how we experience life. Inner conflict can push us into fight, flight, freeze or fawn responses that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected. I work with clients on a range of issues connected to relationships, both with the self and with others. These include anxiety, low self-esteem, attachment issues (with emotional intimacy and trust), anger, burnout, depression, addiction, breakups, difficult family dynamics, parenting, grief, loneliness, and more.
