Hi I'm Vicky, thank you for reading my profile. I'm a counsellor based in Warrington, Cheshire. Do you find yourself over thinking everything? Do you lie awake at night replaying conversations or scenarios? Does life feel too much? You don't have to keep pretending you're okay. If you're exhausted from holding it all together, I'm here to help. I specialise in stress management, anxiety and bereavement support. It's normal to feel nervous about starting therapy, my aim is to give you the safe space you need to discuss whatever is troubling you.
I use an integrative approach which is mainly person centred and I will bring in other aspects of therapy such as mindfulness or CBT to tailor the sessions to your needs. This will help you to lead the sessions and equip you with tools and strategies to help you manage day-to-day.
