Hi I'm Vicky, thank you for reading my profile. I'm an integrative counsellor based in Warrington, Cheshire. Do you find yourself over thinking everything? Do you lie awake at night replaying conversations or scenarios? Does life feel too much? You don't have to keep pretending you're okay. If you're exhausted from holding it all together, I'm here to help. I specialise in stress management, anxiety and bereavement support. It's normal to feel nervous about starting therapy, my aim is to give you the safe space you need to discuss whatever is troubling you.
I use an integrative approach to counselling, primarily based on person-centred therapy, while also drawing on techniques such as mindfulness and CBT to tailor sessions to your individual needs. This approach allows you to guide the pace and focus of the sessions, while helping you develop practical tools and strategies to support you in managing day-to-day
