I work with adults who are finding life difficult to navigate, whether they're experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties or major life changes. Many of my clients appear to be coping on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside. As an integrative counsellor, I tailor therapy to each individual, offering a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I offer integrative counselling, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. My areas of interest include anxiety, trauma, grief and bereavement, confidence and self-esteem, body image, life transitions and midlife challenges. Therapy is always tailored to you and your goals.
