Many of my clients navigate life between cultures — expats, mixed-heritage individuals, and third-culture adults. Others want space to slow down and explore what feels stuck.

I am a UKCP-accredited and BACP-registered Psychotherapist, working with individuals and couples. Relational, person-centred, and somatic approaches guide my work. Growing up mainly in Germany with Eastern European and West African heritage shapes how I support clients navigating multiple cultures. I work in English, French, German, Serbian and Spanish.
