I am a multilingual Chartered Principal Psychologist (English, Italian and Spanish speaking) recognised by the professional bodies Health and Care Professions Council and British Psychology Society, currently offering both online therapy (which consistently shows itself to be as effective as traditional therapy) and face to face therapy at Kensington, Wimbledon, Chiswick and West Hampstead. I work both for the NHS and as a Director of my own psychology company. With over 15 years’ experience, I provide a range of evidence based psychological therapies in line with NICE guidelines guarantying a confidential and non-judgmental space.
Being intensively trained on DBT and Schema therapy I work integrative to tailor bespoke psychological support for my clients both in the NHS and in private setting, drawing on broad training experiences from modalities including psychodynamic, CBT, compassionate mind based on compassion focus therapy, trauma informed approach, EMDR and emotional regulation.
My sessions are designed to psychologically support adults who want to cope better with challenging life situations realising their potential, building their individual strength and developing functional healthy and adaptive coping strategies to improve their quality of life.
