Hi, I'm Siobhan, a CBT Therapist. I work clients in person in Edinburgh's West End, online or by phone. In our sessions you can expect me to be warm, empathetic, encouraging, non-judgemental and supportive. Clients have described me as friendly, with a calm and easy style. It's a privilege to provide a confidential safe space for people to open up and be heard. Change is always possible. I want to help you discover the tools inside yourself to see things from a new perspective and live a more empowered life. I will be with you every step of the journey to help you reach your goals of growth and change.
CBT is a common treatment for many mental health problems and experiences. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, burn out, stress, neurodiversity and life changes such as moving away from home or divorce. I often work with students facing challenges with university or people struggling with burnout and stress at work.
I know taking the first step to start counselling can be daunting. If you drop me a message we can arrange a chat about what your hopes for therapy are. I will be there to answer any questions you have and we can see if we could be a good team match. We can work to help you get the most out of your time and budget. Discounted rate for students/concessions.
