I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals dealing with loss, bereavement, marriage and relationship issues, anxiety, depression, feeling sad, and low self-esteem. Counselling can help cope with life's most challenging circumstances. My approach is integrative, this means that I am flexible and focus on the whole of an individual.
