I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in the field. I have worked on psychiatric units, day services, therapeutic communities and have now set up my private practice in Central London.
I see individuals who are seeking therapy for relationships issues, emotional distress, life changes, trauma or to find a space to slow down and get more clarity about themselves.
Sometimes the reasons why individuals are coming to see me are clear to them. At other times words are not there to describe their existential ‘mal-être’.
I help you name, address and explore your struggles, pain or challenges. Within the supportive space I provide, you gradually feel ready to become the conductor of your own role repertoire and feel better equipped to sail the waves the sea of life is meeting you with.
I meet you where you are at with a non judgmental and warm presence. My aim is to provide a supportive space and create/tailor at any moment bespoke ways for you to explore whatever is holding you back from living your life with meaning, agency, self-compassion and interconnectedness.
