You don’t even have the strength to take the next step, to pull yourself through while trying to reach your old self. You need a safe space.
A warm welcome to your non-judgemental space, where I will work alongside you with empathy and compassion in an open, friendly, and professional way. I offer both short-term and long-term counselling sessions. Evening appointments are available and some Saturdays as agreed.
I'm here to offer you a treasured soothing safe space, far away from the icy cold sharpness of hurt, harsh noises, watchfulness, splashed with dread and uncertainty.
