This could show up as restriction, bingeing, emotional eating, using substances to cope, or living with persistent pain that affects daily life. Perhaps you feel a pressure to keep going, to appear “fine”, or feel unsure who you really are underneath it all? I’m Vikki, a neurodivergent trauma-informed counsellor specialising in eating disorders, addiction and chronic pain. I understand how sensory needs, masking, burnout and emotional regulation can shape your experiences and coping patterns.
Together, we can gently explore what’s going on for you and work towards meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels manageable. My approach is neuroaffirmative, compassionate, collaborative and tailored to your needs. I aim to offer a calm, welcoming and non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood and supported.
With over 20 years in healthcare and lived experience of neurodivergence, I offer both professional and personal understanding. You don’t need a diagnosis to seek support and you deserve to feel heard, understood and supported. I offer online sessions throughout the UK and in person in Dunfermline, Fife.
