I am a person-centred counsellor, which means that I believe you know best what you need. I will offer you a safe place, support, and acceptance for you to explore your struggles. I believe that with non-judgemental care, people naturally move towards self improvement. Even if you're not entirely sure what's wrong or how to fix it, together we can explore it and, hopefully, find your path through it. I work one-on-one, both face-to-face and online. I offer as many sessions as you need, providing you with a place to explore your problems, without judgement.
My focus is on trans and non-binary identities, ethical non-monogamy, and neurodivergence. I also have experience working with survivors of domestic violence, and more general issues such as anxiety, depression and low mood. I have both professional and personal experience with my specialities, which helps me better understand where you're coming from.
I am white, working-class, neurodivergent, queer and ethically non-monogamous. I am non-binary and use they/them pronouns. I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help us get a feel for each other before committing to working together - the vibes have to be right, right?
