I work with a wide range of clients from the age of 14 years old, I have many years experience specialising in supporting clients with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism and Trauma.
As an integrative practitioner I draw upon a number of counselling approaches including Person centered, Psychodynamic, CBT, Spiritually and Gestalt to create the best suited therapeutic process for each individual client. My face to face practice is on Thornbury High street with free parking a very short walk away.
I offer my clients a safe non-judgemental space to help them feel at ease to talk openly about their issues and together we find helpful tools, coping mechanisms, solutions and freedom to live an authentic version of your life.
