I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and I offer psychological therapy for adults with a range of difficulties. I take a collaborative and compassionate approach with my clients, as we work together to meet your therapeutic goals. I have expertise in trauma and neurodivergence and often work with clients who are wondering if they may be autistic, or have a confirmed diagnosis. Whilst I draw on a number of evidence based psychological approaches in my therapeutic work, I often use EMDR which has a strong evidence based for trauma and anxiety.
I tailor psychological therapy to each client and their needs, rather than having a prescriptive manualised approach. I firmly believe that therapy should not be 'one size fits all'.
