Hi, I am an experienced Health Psychologist - I help people people with physical health problems and emotional stress. I apply health psychology models combined with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Compassion and Acceptance based approaches, to provide a unique and effective therapy experience. I will work with you on a 1-2-1 basis to improve your wellbeing and emotional health to enable you to live an enriched and full life. I am very passionate about helping people adjust to illness diagnosis and treatment.
I help my clients with many concerns which are not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Stress and trauma, Long term conditions e.g. Chronic pain, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Cancer and diabetes. I can help with pain related trauma, stress, sleep problems and lifestyle choices.
Along with the above, I can also help with parent- related stress and enhance parent and child relationships. My overall goal and aim as a Health Psychologist is to enrich your life, improve your quality of life and to help break down any psychological barriers you may have.
