Hi, thank you for reading my profile. I am a full member of the British Psychological Society, accredited to the BABCP and EMDR UK & Europe. I worked at Specialist Psychotherapy Services (NHS) for the Mood, Anxiety and PTSD Psychotherapy Service (MAPPS), from 2013, until 2022. I specialise in the treatment of complex and persistent Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety based problems, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder, and general phobias. I see both children, adolescents and adults.

I use a range of techniques - CBT, Eye Movement Desensitising and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy. I am also a fully qualified adult ADHD Assessor, in line with NICE guidelines.
