I know how difficult it can be to reach out for help, so my aim as a counsellor is to provide you with a safe and non judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts feelings and emotions at a pace that feels right for you. Life has its challenges and uncertainty which can lead to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, lack of self worth and many more. I will support you and help you facilitate the changes you need to move towards the life you would like.
In our sessions I will be there for you and help you to feel at ease as you navigate your own journey, helping you to process and understand what has brought you to this point in your life. My approach is rooted in Person Centred Therapy where you are at the heart of our work together.
Having worked extensively with survivors of abuse I know it is not possible to change or erase events or experiences, but I believe working through current feelings and emotions it is possible to take back the control of our lives.
