Welcome, I am a qualified counsellor/ therapist working in Aldershot, Farnham & online. I offer people who are looking for a safe, confidential space to be heard, to tell your untold story to or just talk through the complexity of your life. Life can be stressful and maybe you need help to navigate that difficulty. I am non-judgemental and welcome all feelings. I try to be relatable and tailor to what you need using a variety of different therapies. I can work with Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Relationship difficulties, Childhood, Parenthood, Self Esteem, Self Discovery, Grief and Loss, ADHD & ASD, shame, guilt and anger.
My experience has been in a agency with adults & in colleges with young people 16+. Prior to this, I worked for 10 years with pain relief, stress management, chronic illness & cancer therapies as a massage therapist. I have experience working with people in the adult industry & an understanding of recovery, including adult children of alcoholics.
