I know that choosing the right therapist can feel difficult. There are so many options, and no certainty that the person you choose will feel right for you. I offer a free 30-minute initial assessment so we can get a sense of one another with no pressure or expectation.
I am experienced in working with autistic and ADHD clients, as well as anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties and narcissistic or difficult family relationships.
I offer a warm, calm space where you can set the pace. I work face to face in Upper Rissington and Bloxham, as well as online.
I have a background of working in the NHS and bring a calm, grounded approach to therapy. I have experience helping clients work through a wide range of difficulties and can be direct when helpful. I am particularly skilled at getting to the heart of what is happening while working at a pace that feels manageable for you.
I want to understand you and how the things you are struggling with are affecting you. I genuinely care about the people I work with and bring warmth, empathy and honesty to our sessions.
