I believe that everyone has the potential to move forward, and my role is to support and guide you through that process.
I have extensive experience working with autistic adults and the parents of autistic children. I understand the difficulties that are faced when receiving a late diagnosis.
I also offer flexible appointments for shift workers and have experience of working with clients in the emergency services and the particular stresses that they face.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a mental health label to seek support. Therapy can be a powerful space for self-discovery, healing, and growth - whatever stage of life you’re in.
I’m a neurodivergent sensitive and a LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist.
