I offer bespoke therapy that takes into account a person’s unique experiences across their lifespan. Understanding how we made sense of events that occurred across our lives can help us understand how we view ourselves and the world around us in current every-day life. Collaborative work is at the heart of my treatment-approach. I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist, trained at Kings College London. I have over 10 years clinical experience in many NHS settings, including inpatient units, major London hospitals, and a specialist trauma clinic. I currently provide therapy within an NHS specialist perinatal service.
I am trained to provide CBT, CFT, ACT and EMDR. On a more personal note, I am a mother of small children and a former corporate lawyer. Through ongoing reflection of my own experiences, I developed a special interest in adopting a values-based approach in my clinical practice, particularly when supporting people through difficult life transition periods.
It can feel daunting to take the first step in therapy, including finding a therapist that feels like a good fit.
