My work using modems of Psychotherapy alines itself to my clients gaining deep self knowledge, empowerment and inner healing.
I have been a therapist for many years now, and have spent over 15 years of my adult life in accademia, whilst working as a professional, to refine my skill set and expertise. I specialise in: ADHD, Autism, Relationships, Anger, Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQ+, Bereavement and Loss. Online, Face to Face and Phone Therapy Available.
In addition to my qualifications and experience as a Therapist, I have a previous background in Teaching, with a degree in English and Linguistics. At degree level, English is essentially the study of: “What It Means To Be Human, From a Perspective of Empathy”.
