Counsellor, MNCS Accred
Life can be tricky and sometimes your experiences can unbalance you emotionally. It can change how you see yourself, your friends or the world around you - but that's okay, I understand. I work with sadness, anxiety, depression, abuse and trauma in an integrative way. Counselling is my passion and my purpose. I utilise my skills to help you unpick that which has been creating discord and disharmony. We all have the right to be happy. We all deserve to live our best and most fulfilled life.
No matter what issues confront you at the moment, talking can and will help. My experience of working within the fields of abuse and complex trauma has provided a robust foundation for my practice. I also work with offenders as I firmly believe that everybody has a right to work towards positive mental health, regardless of their history.
I extend an invitation to you, to let me help you work through the things that prevent you from living your best and most authentic life. I offer you a warm, non-judgmental and truly empathic space to help guide you through any troubled waters to a place of calm. You are not alone. This is your safe harbour.
