If you are seeking healing, self-discovery, balance, and emotional well-being, I am here to support you on your journey to wellness. I recognise the profound connection between mind, body, and soul. Through art therapy, individuals will discover a non-confrontational and non-judgmental way to express and manage their emotions, even those that are difficult to articulate. I practice yoga, and sometimes incorporate yoga and mindfulness into my therapeutic practice. I am inspired by nature and growth.
I am a trauma informed, attachment style therapist who also specialises in Adverse Childhood Experiences (A.C.E). I work with young people, men, and women. I provide a safe and nurturing environment for individuals to explore their inner worlds. I believe in a holistic collaborative approach to healing where individuals can heal through art.
Everyday we encounter many challenges and traumas that can have an impact on our mental wellbeing, often leading us to dark and isolating places. I offer a safe space for you to explore difficult feelings and to heal. You and I will work collaboratively to build the skills, knowledge, and confidence that you need to look after your wellbeing. See you soon.
