I offer a warm, down-to-earth space to make sense of what's going on beneath the surface, without judgement or having to have it all figured out. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore what's keeping you stuck. I have a particular interest in self-esteem, relationships, life changes, and the psychology of food, weight and body image. Whether you're struggling with old patterns, emotional eating, confidence or simply feeling lost, we'll work together to understand what's going on.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you reach out.
