Hi, I'm Vicky. If you've never quite felt like you fit the mould, you're not alone. I'm a counsellor and psychotherapist based on the Wirral, offering online counselling and walk and talk therapy. My aim is to provide a space where you can talk openly, feel heard and make sense of whatever has brought you to counselling. I spent several years supporting men through a mental health charity, helping them explore emotions that can be difficult to put into words. My background in youth work, schools and family support has also shaped the way I work, giving me an understanding of the different pressures people can face throughout life.
You might feel like you've spent years putting everyone else first, struggle to understand why you react the way you do, or simply have a sense that something isn't quite right. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what's going on and begin to understand yourself more clearly.
