Devon Nature Counselling - I work online too, so please enquire if you would like work this way! Are you dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or simply looking for a space to reflect and grow? Do you love being out in nature? Then let me help you find your way. I offer ‘walk and talk’ therapy in a beautifully peaceful private setting in the heart of Mid Devon. My goal is to provide you with a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, while the combination of physical movement and the calming influence of nature can make it easier for you to talk openly and find new perspectives.
Our sessions will take place on private land and as we wander through meadows, a small woodland and an ancient apple orchard - we will work together, allowing you to explore any challenges you are facing, while surrounded by the restorative power of nature.
So if you are looking to resolve any issues in your life, then my approach is empathetic, authentic and compassionate, while offering a safe space to help you to explore how you are feeling.
