I offer a calm, supportive approach to help you work through your difficult feelings, navigate life's challenges and create positive change in your life.
As an integrative therapist, I believe in tailoring our sessions to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore how past experiences shape your present, the current challenges you're facing and concerns about your future that may be holding you back. My goal is to guide you towards greater self-understanding, acceptance, and belief in your own capabilities.
I work to your pace, in a gentle and encouraging way and understand that reaching out for support can be daunting, but it is also a brave first step towards healing and personal growth.
