As an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, I support children, young people, parents and caregivers who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Families often come to me with worries about anxiety, OCD, low mood, emotional regulation, behaviour, neurodivergence, PANS/PANDAS, or the impact of illness and life changes. I help children and families make sense of what is happening, feel understood and supported, and find a way forward that feels manageable and meaningful for them.
Using creative, child-centred approaches to help children feel safe, understood and able to express themselves.
I work with children, young people, parents and caregivers. I begin with a thoughtful assessment to understand a child’s difficulties, what may be contributing to them, and how they would like things to be different. Together, we agree clear goals and develop a compassionate, evidence-based plan tailored to the child and family.
