Welcome, I'm Vicky, the founder and owner of Azalea Counselling. I offer individual counselling for adults of all ages and from all walks of life. As an experienced mental health therapist and bereavement counsellor, I can offer sensitive, compassionate and non-judgmental counselling for life challenges such as loss and grief (including baby loss), the effects of domestic abuse, depression, anxiety, work-related stress, carer stress, relationship issues, parenting issues, BPD/EUPD, PTSD, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. I am a down-to-earth, friendly-natured counsellor, so aim to put you at ease from our first contact.
Practising person-centred therapy, I can help you feel part of a safe and trusting relationship and genuinely valued, accepted, heard and understood. We can work together at your pace to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences and relieve overwhelm, confusion or stress. My goal is to empower you to make the life choices or changes you want to make.
