In our sessions, we’ll gently explore your childhood experiences to understand the roots of your thoughts and actions. While honouring your parents, we’ll acknowledge how their choices may have shaped your life today. Together, we’ll focus on what truly matters to you, whether that’s feeling less anxious, breaking free from the need to please others, or finding greater meaning in your life, work, and relationships.
I trained in psychodynamic counselling after working through my own childhood trauma, so I understand first-hand how deeply these experiences can affect us. Stress, anxiety, low mood, even feeling hopeless can all stem from unresolved pain.
I’ve supported a wide range of clients, from civil engineers to university students, each with their own unique challenges. If you’re nervous about starting therapy or worried about being judged, I completely understand. My aim is to create a safe, comfortable space where you can share at your own pace and feel truly heard.
