I am a compassionate and non-judgmental clinician who is committed to taking the time to develop a therapeutic relationship in which the person feels comfortable to explore any issues that may be bringing them to therapy. My background is within the NHS and I have been working in private practice since 2019. I enjoy working with people in line with their values to help them to live the life they want to be living. I work with a range of issues and am committed to developing a collaborative approach to deepening the person's understanding of self with compassion.
I currently work mainly with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focussed Therapy. I find these approaches are helpful in supporting people in developing alternative ways of coping with life stressors and finding more enjoyment in life.
