With over 14 years experience i can help you explore whatever aspects of your life you may want to better understand or change. An opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings freely without judgement, and learn how to better manage on the not so good days….(and we all have them). Sessions and the length of time we work together will be suited to you.
Therapy provides an opportunity to learn about you, to consider direction, find meaning, in a way that isn’t always possible with friends or family. I can help with recent or long standing problems,
