I provide a confidential safe space to learn about you, to consider direction or find meaning, in a way that isn’t always possible with friends or family. With over 14 years experience i can help you explore whatever aspects of your life you may want to better understand or change. We all struggle from time to time, and you don't have to face it alone. An opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings freely without judgement, and learn how to help yourself on the not so good days….(and we all have them) If you choose to work with me sessions and the length of time we work together will be suited to you.
I can help with recent or long standing problems, such as Anxiety, Panic, OCD depression, or relationships. It can be hard to know where to start, this is something we can work through together. I'm an integrative therapist, this means i use various techniques (tailor made to help you). Do contact me to find out more, or to arrange a brief discussion.
An initial session provides an opportunity to meet and discuss how we might work together. To consider what you might like from therapy, and how i can best help you. You can then decide if you want to continue...if its for you. I offer face to face, or video appointments from my home office. I also work with young people 13 +
