I understand how difficult life can be sometimes and that it is not always obvious what is wrong. We can experience challenging events or relationships and not know how to navigate them. Or we can just feel lost or left wondering who we really are and what we want from life.

I charge £50 for online sessions and £60 for in-person. I appreciate the cost of therapy can be a concern and so I offer fortnightly sessions if this works better for you. I offer a concessionary rate to counselling students of £45.00 per session. I ask that payment be made prior to the session.
