I am an experienced, qualified & accredited UKCP Psychotherapist. I offer therapy to adults and young people (11 – 18 years), both in person and remote sessions
I work in an integrative way, meaning I integrate appropriate therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your needs. I believe in building our working relationship to enable trust and openness, supporting you to explore new possibilities and choices.
I support a range of issues including; trauma, attachment trauma, OCD, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, anxiety, self-esteem, anxiety, family issues and depression.
I welcome clients with diverse identities, backgrounds and lived experiences. I have particular experience in supporting young people and neurodivergent clients (Autism and ADHD).
