My specialist area of expertise is mental health. I worked for many years in inpatient psychiatry and community mental health services co developing the first nationwide GP led psychological service. The way to heal is to get to the root cause of the problem, this eliminates symptoms and leaves you in charge of your life rather than feeling it's running you.

Groups
Awakening Soul Online Circle
Zoom meeting on the first Saturday of the month 9-10.15am with space for reflection, contemplation, breathwork and guided meditation. This year the focus of our meditation practice is connecting with trees which are native to the British Isles, walking with them throughout the year. Anyone is welcome to join as a one off, or for six or twelve months. The group welcomes new members and each session is separate, so you can join anytime.
