Initially, we will work together to understand the factors that have influenced how you are now and where your difficulties have come from. We can decide together how to approach the issues. I regularly use EMDR to process the different features, so sessions may last up to 90 minutes. You will be completely in control of the sessions and we will keep monitoring your progress as we go.
