If you're tired of holding it all together, perhaps you're living with endometriosis or another gynaecological health condition, struggling with relationships or dating, or noticing patterns that leave you questioning yourself. You may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected or unsure what to trust. In therapy, we'll unpick what's going on, explore where your patterns come from and understand how you've learned to cope. We'll look at what's happening now and what from your past may still be affecting you, helping you feel more like yourself again.

I specialise in the emotional impact of endometriosis, fibroids and other gynaecological health conditions, alongside relationships, dating and attachment. I've lived with endometriosis and fibroids myself, so I understand there's much more to these conditions than the physical symptoms. I also support people affected by difficult or abusive relationships.

Therapy with me is laidback, friendly and relatable. Nothing is too much or too little. You can offload, be real and say what's actually going on, without needing the right words. I'll listen, support you and gently challenge you when it feels helpful. You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. We can start wherever you are.

Just A Bl00dy Period

The support group for women who get it. This is a space for those diagnosed with, suspect they have, or are undergoing investigations for conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS and PMDD. We come together each month to talk about our experiences, learn from each other, but most of all, to know that we are not alone in our experiences, and that others do understand what we're going through. Groups take place both online so everyone across the country can join, and in person in the Bristol area
