Experiencing major changes can be daunting, frustrating and generate fear alongside self-doubt. If you are looking to make changes, face up to change, explore identity and self-esteem or have reached your limits in one or more life areas then you don't have to face this alone. I offer Clinical Supervision and outdoor therapy too. I have worked for GPs, IAPT, hospitals and EAPs.
I specialise in workplace stress, identity, self-esteem issues and building confidence. I also work with anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I offer counselling to clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns without judgement via face to face outdoor sessions, telephone and video calls. I am ME/CFS informed and trauma informed.
I will work as hard as you do in assisting you through whatever decisions you decide to make in your life. You will not be alone but you will be responsible for your progress and you will face challenges along the way. I will be there to support you, listen to you and to help make plain the issues that cause you confusion and pain
