I enjoy working with clients who want to understand what is making them feel unhappy/anxious/low/stuck and exploring how this links to their past and can be challenged in the now. I see therapy as shedding light on life events and areas of difficulty and gradually opening more doors and windows to new experiences whilst supporting the client in their growing autonomy, self-awareness and motivation to update their unhelpful and/or archaic beliefs.

I have been lucky to have worked with many different types of clients and value the diversity, cultural differences and uniqueness of each person. I aim to make my sessions suited to your individual needs. My work is very much a balance between support and challenge. In addition I would welcome the opportunity to work with any religious cult leavers.

Whatever your reasons to seek therapy, be it coming to terms with pain, loss, illness, loneliness or relationship problems, or if you simply feel stuck, anxious or frustrated in your life and perhaps are not sure why, it is my aim to help you make sense of things.
