Through Psychotherapy or counselling I can help you work through the challenges you are currently experiencing. I work with adults, couples and adolescents. I also work with students working towards their own qualifications as well as providing clinical supervision. I understand that taking this step can be difficult and I want to make the process as easy as possible for you so provide a comfortable, confidential and open space for us to explore your emotions, behaviours and experiences together. I have worked within hospice settings, schools and private practice as a psychotherapist and therefore have extensive experience working with individuals and couples across a range of ages from childhood to adulthood. As an integrative psychotherapist I tailor my approach to meet your needs therefore the therapy you have is unique to you.
I have post graduate degrees in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Clinical Psychology and use my knowledge to tailor my approach to my clients. I want to make this process as easy for you as possible so am happy to answer any questions and concerns that you may have.
