I work with individuals, and adolescents and I have experience of working across a range of issues. I am collaborative and empathetic and you can explore the changes you want to make in a safe and confidential space. I will assist you in gaining personal insight, self-acceptance and the knowledge and skills to achieve recovery, and emotional well-being.
