I currently mainly work with couples but have also extensive experience (both privately and within the NHS) in providing therapy for individuals. In the past I have been approached by clients who sought out therapy to navigate bereavement, complicated seeming junctions within their personal or romantic relationships, as well as people who wished to break free from trauma & fear.
With over a decade's worth of experience as a counsellor, I have sat in session with clients from all walks of life. I specialise in holistic care and body-mind-soul oriented approaches. I have an open door for people with or without spiritual perspectives.
At the baseline, I am here to listen, attune, and help you develop new personal insights to become unstuck in times when things feel difficult or marked by anxiety, depression, or overwhelm. In my therapeutic work with couples, I offer a space in which communication can unfold and new patterns of relating to each other can be fostered.
