Hi I'm Vanya. If you are stuck and confused, facing major life crossroads or feel completely lost and unsure of which direction to turn, I can help. I work with individuals feeling unheard, adults who feel invisible, lonely, or misunderstood in their daily lives and personal relationships, people who feel deeply overwhelmed and individuals carrying the heavy weight of bereavement, a cancer diagnosis, family conflict, or intense work stress.
My Approach: As a person-centred counsellor, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts. You control the session, looking inwards at a speed that feels right for you. I don't give advice or direct solutions. Instead, I help you find your own unique way of working things out.
