I am integrative in my approach which means I use combined styles and theories focussing on our therapeutic relationship as the key to the work. Alongside traditional talking, I can offer a creative approach incorporating art, clay and story - sometimes, to start, it can feel easier to express ourselves creatively especially if we feel we don't have the words, or talking hasn't helped before.
