Have you been feeling worried, low in mood, or generally fed up?! Are you ready for things to be different and would like support to get there? I work with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, trauma, emotion regulation difficulties, and neurodiversity, to name a few. I can provide support using therapies such as CBT, EMDR, CAT, and trauma focussed approaches, which I adapt to meet your needs and help you achieve your goal.
My broad clinical experience enables me to work effectively with adults and young people. I have worked in various roles since 2009 both in the NHS and private. I have experience of working with complexity and people with multiple difficulties, I always work with you to understand what has led to your difficulties and how they are maintained.
I've completed various training courses to work with a variety of difficulties and I use my eclectic mix of therapy skills, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic informed Therapy (CAT), EMDR (trauma), and other person-centred approaches.
