I have experience working with: anxiety, depression, panic attacks, addiction, eating disorders, self-harming, low self esteem and grief, amongst other issues. In the initial sessions, we usually look, with care and empathy, at the your current afflictions. And, with time, a deeper core to our problems is uncovered, which is usually rooted in our childhood.
My approach to Counselling is Integrative, drawing from Psychodynamic and Humanistic model. It is also Person Centered, which means that I will adapt sessions according to each client’s unique and individual needs.
