I specialise in trauma-informed care, supporting those with PTSD, complex trauma, and developmental or relational trauma. As a fully accredited EMDR Practitioner, with training in EMDR for children and adolescents, I integrate EMDR with parts and ego-state approaches, tailored to each person’s pace and needs.
My clinical experience spans the charity sector and NHS, including primary and secondary care, as well as specialist Clinical Health Psychology within Occupational Health, supporting NHS staff during the COVID-19 pandemic and providing evidence-based care across diverse clinical settings.
