I’m Valia Charalampidou (she/her), a British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) accredited Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I practice Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, a psychoanalytically informed, comprehensive, and integrative approach. Rather than simply addressing surface-level symptoms, we will explore the unconscious processes and early experiences that shape your current emotional and relational life. Instead of prescribing advice, I can help you discover your own answers and your own way out of what troubles you.
Before re-training as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, I lived and worked in Germany, Greece, Oman and the United Arab Emirates and I bring this rich experience into my practice. I understand the impact of cultural, societal, and professional pressures on one’s sense of self.
My office is located just a three-minute walk from Chancery Lane tube station, off a secluded private courtyard, in Quality Court, nestled quietly away from the hustle and bustle of the City.
