Experienced, discreet, and attuned to the pressures of high-responsibility roles, I offer a thoughtful space to reflect beyond the public self. My work helps make sense of what drives you—especially when it feels out of reach. I am a British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) accredited psychotherapist, practicing psychodynamic psychotherapy, a psychoanalytically informed, comprehensive, and integrative approach. Rather than simply addressing surface-level symptoms, we will explore the unconscious processes and early experiences that shape and control your life.

Before re-training as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, I lived and worked in Germany, Greece, Oman and the United Arab Emirates and I bring this rich experience into my practice. I understand the impact of cultural, societal, and professional pressures on one’s sense of self.

My office is located just a three-minute walk from Chancery Lane tube station, off a secluded private courtyard, in Quality Court, nestled quietly away from the hustle and bustle of the City. It offers discreet access whether you are a professional working in the area, or a resident of nearby areas.
